We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Card data is handled by our payment processors.

You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in the message, or by contacting us. Unsubscribing does not stop service messages about an order you have placed.

• Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions

Your rights  UK and EU residents

If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you have rights under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, including access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and the right to object to processing. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

We rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract for processing and delivering your order; legitimate interests for fraud prevention, security and improving our service; consent for marketing messages and non-essential cookies; and legal obligation for tax and accounting records.

How long we keep information

Children

Our site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our site and our emails link to publisher websites and other third parties, including official software download pages. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Read their policies before providing information to them.
